Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is a smaller group selected from within the Board of Directors. This leadership team typically includes the Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, and Past Chair. The Executive Committee meets more frequently and handles urgent or day-to-day decisions, acting on behalf of the full board when necessary. They help keep the organization agile, efficient, and mission-focused between board meetings.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors serves as the governing body of the Chamber of Commerce. Comprised of business and community leaders, the board provides strategic direction, oversees financial health, and ensures the Chamber remains focused on its mission to serve members and promote economic growth. Board members represent the voice of the business community and help guide the Chamber’s long-term vision and priorities.

Chamber Staff
The Chamber staff is the engine that keeps the Chamber running day-to-day. Led by the President, the staff executes the strategic plan set by the board, manages events and programming, communicates with members, and promotes the Chamber’s mission in the community. While the board leads with vision, the staff leads with action—turning plans into progress.

Working Together
The Board sets the vision, the Executive Committee drives strategy, and the Staff brings it all to life. Together, they form a strong, unified team committed to growing business, building community, and driving economic success.
